CEO

Kiran has worked in fast-moving consumer goods and tech startups for 16 years, and that has inspired him to reimagine the current e-commerce landscape, leading to the formation of Findit.

His career has taken him across Asia, leading multidisciplinary teams to drive growth in serving millions of customers. Before this role, Kiran led country Operations in Uber Technologies, focusing on customer delivery and experience. Following that, Kiran spent the next 5 years in leadership roles with startups across Asia, improving profitability and efficiency within the technology industry.

Kiran holds an MBA from HEC Paris, specialising in business operations and strategy.

Kevin Du Plessis

Chairman

Meet Kevin Du Plessis, a driven entrepreneur and investor with a track record of building successful businesses. Using his wealth and expertise, Kevin has invested heavily in the property development industry and has become known as a successful property developer. He has also founded Findit LLC, a company based out of America that invests in and supports tech startups. As the founder and CEO of Findit LLC, Kevin has helped several startups to grow and succeed, providing funding, mentorship, and guidance.

Today, Kevin is solely focused on running Findit LLC and is the largest investor in Findit Limited and acts as a strategic advisor. In addition to his work as an investor, Kevin is passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation.

As a serial entrepreneur and investor, Kevin understands the challenges of starting and growing a business. He is committed to sharing his experiences and insights with other entrepreneurs, and is often sought out as a mentor and advisor. Through his work at Findit LLC and his own startups, Kevin is driven to make a positive impact on the world, one investment at a time.

Sabrina Soesilo

VP Marketing

Sabrina is an accomplished market expert with a proven track record in driving business growth, optimizing operations, and fostering key partnerships. She is a dynamic leader who has successfully navigated the unique challenges and opportunities of the Indonesian market.
Sabrina possesses a keen understanding of local consumer preferences, cultural nuances, and market trends, allowing them to develop effective go-to-market strategies that resonate with Indonesian customers.

Drawing from her previous role as the Head of Marketing and Partnerships at SweetEscape, she has demonstrated an in-depth understanding of the Indonesian market dynamics. They have successfully executed go-to-market plans, capitalized on local influencers and key opinion leaders, and significantly increased brand awareness and social media followers.

Outside of Indonesia, Sabrina has an expertise in the Australian market, evidenced by previous roles at HCF Australia and Telstra Digital, which showcased her ability to drive digital marketing campaigns, leverage data analysis to identify growth opportunities, and effectively target the Australian audience.

Abdullah Al Noman

Meet Noman, a versatile professional who has transitioned from Software Engineering to Product Management and now embraces the world of entrepreneurship. With a knack for shaping technology and a wealth of technical expertise, Noman thrives in fast-paced environments. Noman has made waves as a Product VP at Pathao, overseeing the management of products related to Rides, Food, Fulfillment

Noman boasts a deep understanding of product management within the realm of large-scale consumer-facing applications. From ride-hailing and maps to telemedicine, telecom applications, air tickets, dispatch, chatbots, and entertainment, Noman has left an indelible mark on diverse industries.

Notably, Noman has managed teams of over 100 employees and played pivotal roles in generating revenues exceeding $1 million per year for two companies. Demonstrating exceptional entrepreneurial skills, Noman has successfully launched and scaled two companies from scratch. With an international outlook, Noman has managed digital products that have resonated with hundreds of millions of users across three continents.

Beyond these achievements, Noman is a co-founder of Buzally and Pharma71, and the entrepreneurial drive continues to propel their journey forward.
